ALCOVA MIAMI 2025
‘Moonlight, Skylight’ installation - alcova miami 2025
As December winds down, I’m still carrying the quiet glow of Moonlight, Skylight — an installation that unfolded during ALCOVA Milano — Miami Edition from December 1–7, as part of Miami Art Week and Art Basel Miami Beach. Even weeks later, the experience lingers — calm, expansive, and deeply meaningful.
Set within the historic Miami River Inn, the installation emerged from a beautiful collaboration with Franck Genser and Tonester Paints, with heartfelt gratitude to S2H Communications and everyone who contributed their time, care, and creative energy. It was a true meeting of minds and sensibilities.

During Miami Art Week, Moonlight, Skylight became a serene, sculptural environment shaped by light, texture, and intentional stillness. Watching visitors step inside, pause, and truly engage with the work, both mine and that of fellow exhibitors, was one of the most rewarding parts of the week. Those quiet moments of connection are what remain with me now, long after the doors have closed.
Opening night stands out vividly, with the space filled with visitors, thoughtful conversations, and generous feedback. Throughout the week, the installation became a place of exchange, where new friendships formed, ideas crossed disciplines, and creatives from around the world shared perspectives. It was a beautiful reminder of the power of gathering around art and design.
As the year comes to a close, Moonlight, Skylight feels like a moment I’ll carry forward, not just as an exhibition, but as a marker of collaboration, reflection, and calm amid the intensity of Miami Art Week. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who visited, shared their thoughts, and spent time inside the installation. Thank you for being part of this chapter 💙

“The space explored how material and light can shape spatial emotion. Franck Genser’s carved alabaster pieces introduced a sculptural dialogue between translucence and mass, while Tonester’s French Blue and Secret Society tones created a deep, atmospheric gradient throughout the room.
Nicolle Cure added a layered visual rhythm that echoed the installation’s themes of movement, balance, and sensory depth.”
