Shipping & handling
Shipping costs for Original Paintings are not included in the listed price unless otherwise noted on each painting’s description page. After your purchase, shipping will be invoiced separately and calculated based on your provided location or zip code. Feel free to email us to request a shipping quote before your purchase.
Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order summary. A separate shipping notice with tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery within the continental U.S.
For Art Prints, please allow 7-14 days for shipping, as they are made to order and printed in the U.S. using top-quality materials that meet or exceed Fine Art Trade Guild standards.

STUDIO PICK-UP: If you are in South Florida, local pickup is available. Select this option during checkout, and we’ll contact you via email to arrange a pickup date and time. The studio is located in Aventura, FL (North Miami).

Continental U.S. purchases: Artworks are shipped via USPS, UPS and/or FedEx depending on the artwork and the shipping location.

PAYMENT PLANS
Flexible payment arrangements are available on a case-by-case basis for works priced at USD $2,000 or more, depending on the piece(s) selected. If you are interested in setting up a plan, please contact us so we can discuss the details together.
An artwork may be reserved with an initial payment or deposit. Preferred methods of payment plans are Zelle or wire transfer, both of which are interest-free. If you prefer to use PayPal, the current standard PayPal service fee will be added to the total.
STUDIO PICK-UP / DELIVERY:
Artwork will be ready within 5 to 7 business days after the final payment is received (unless otherwise noted—for example, if the piece is part of a museum or gallery exhibition, it will be delivered after the exhibition concludes).
Shipping or delivery charges vary by destination, and any additional fees will be discussed and confirmed in advance. Pickup is available by appointment only at the studio—located in North Miami/Aventura, Florida.
NOTE:
Once a deposit is received, the artwork is marked SOLD on the website and in all catalogs, and removed from the market. Contact us with any questions at: info@nicollecure.com
